Kim Radcliffe, MHA, PT – Vice President of Clinical Operations
Kim has been with Align Networks for 4 years as Vice President of Clinical Operations.
Kim has 13 years of experience in physical therapy, with over 10 years of management
experience. Her primary work experience has been in out-patient orthopedic settings
focusing on manual therapy and quality improvement, including a significant workers'
compensation patient population. Kim received her Bachelors of Science in Physical
Therapy from the University of Florida in 1993 and her Masters in Health Administration
from the University of North Florida in 2007 with a concentration on Evidence Based
Practice. Kim co-authored the article: “Evidence based medicine as a strategy for
quality improvement” Int J. Public Policy, Vol 5., Nos. 2/3, 2010. Prior to Align
Networks, she was the Regional Rehab Director for Brooks Rehabilitation in Jacksonville,
FL for over 5 years.

Nicole Matoushek MPH, PT – Vice President of Product Development
Nicole has 17 years of experience in the physical therapy-workers’ compensation
industry including providing onsite therapy and working for various utilization
review and managed care companies. Nicole received her Bachelors of Science in Physical
Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1993 and her Masters in Public
Health from the University of South Florida in 2000, with a dual concentration in
occupational medicine and healthcare policy. She also has several certifications
in ergonomics. She has published over 120 articles in various rehabilitation professional
magazines covering topics such as: Ergonomics, injury cost savings, Functional Capacity
Evaluations, return to work programs, cumulative trauma disorders, work injury prevention
and work injury management. Nicole has developed continuing education programs for
healthcare professionals, acted as ergonomic expert moderator and is an experienced
speaker. She also participated on the American Physical Therapy Association’s Occupational
Health section Board of Directors. Nicole has been with Align Networks for 3 years
as Vice President of Product Development.

Michelle Despres, PT, CEAS II – Director of Clinical Program
Since graduating from Florida A & M University in 1998, Michelle has dedicated her
practice of physical therapy largely to the workers’ compensation patient population.
Treatments included on-site, traditional physical therapy, FCE’s, work hardening,
work conditioning and ergonomic assessments. Michelle was a staff clinician, industrial
rehabilitation services coordinator, clinic manager, regional manager, and regional
director. She is a trainer for Advanced Ergonomics, Inc. and an educator for the
Northeast Florida Safety Council. She has created teamwork initiatives, trained
FCE providers, guided ergonomic assessors, and standardized work conditioning and
work hardening programs.

Todd Mullins, MPT, MBA – Senior Clinical Reviewer
Todd has 5 years of experience as a physical therapist. He graduated from the University
of Cincinnati Physical Therapy Graduate Program in 2004 and Indiana Wesleyan University
Graduate Business Program in 2002. His primary focus has been in out-patient orthopedic
settings with a large population of workers’ compensation patients.

Clinical Advisory Staff
Align Networks has more than 30 licensed clinicians as part of our clinical advisory
staff. These include physical therapists, occupational therapists, certified hand
therapists, and chiropractors that are experts in their respective fields and bring
diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Bhupendra Gupta, MD, MSPH, MRO – Align Networks Peer Medical Reviewer
Dr. Gupta graduated medical school in 1978, completed his internship in 1980, his
surgical residency in 1981-1988 and his Surgical Oncology Fellowship in 1990. Dr.
Gupta completed his occupational and preventive medicine residency and his Masters
in Science, Public Health in 2002. Dr. Gupta is a licensed medical doctor by the
State of Florida. He is a Certified Health Care Provider under the Florida Division
of Workers' Compensation. Dr. Gupta holds fellowship status with the American Board
of Surgery and the American College of Surgeons. He is a Fellow of the American
College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine and has been board certified
by the American Board of Preventive Medicine, Occupational and Environmental Medicine
since 2003. Dr. Gupta is a Certified Independent Medical Examiner and a Certified
Medical Review Officer. Dr. Gupta has received numerous awards and has published
extensively throughout his academic career. Since 2003, he has been in private practice
for occupational medicine and medical director at G"n"G P.O.E.M.S.
